  2. Made this it’s lovely but I got lumpy flour in the sieve but maybe because it was a nylon one 😅got enough to thicken anyway 😁

  6. I made boeuf borguigon today and then, unplanned, came across JP and his masterclass on how to do it right. Mine was OK, JP's looks better though. Next time I must remember to consult the master before I enter the kitchen.
