Heute haben wir für alle, die Auberginen einmal anders ausprobieren wollen, frittierte Auberginen zubereitet 😋 Dazu kommt ein Portulak Salat mit frischem Portulak aus unserem Garten, Joghurt und Knoblauch. Und als ob das noch nicht genug wäre, haben wir auch noch gegrillten Lammbraten und Koteletts vorbereitet. Als Beilage gibt es zusätzlich noch gebratene rote und grüne Spitzpaprika. Daraus ist dieses Menü entstanden 🔥

Bugün patlıcanı değişik şekillerde denemek isteyenler için, farklı bir kızartmasını yaptık 😋 Yanına bahçeden topladığımız taptaze pirpirimler ile yoğurtlu ve sarmısaklı bir pirpirim salatası hazırladık. Yetmedi, birde yanına ızgara kuzu rosto ve pirzola yaptık. Hadi birde dedik yanına kırmızı ve yeşil biber kızartalım. Ortaya böyle bir menü çıktı 🔥
