  1. I’m so torn here… my favorite YouTube cooking channel just made a pulled pork sandwich with pork cooked in a pot on the stove. For those new here… keep watching… he doesn’t always trample on traditional bbq by cooking it in an oven. Mamamia! I kept waiting for Matt Pittman or Malcom Reid to bust through the set and save Bbq’s reputation.

  2. Chef you said to add water but you didn't prior to put your pork in the oven…. just a reminder……I used a little beef or chicken stock…!

  4. Did you forget to add the water to the roast before putting it in the oven? I've been cooking my pork shoulder roast (pork butt) on my smoker lately instead of the oven, but both ways are great. I'll try your bbq sauce too, it looks delicious!

  5. I do my pulled pork in my kitchen aide mixer with flat blade. I have a slow cooker mexican recipe for pulled pork tacos I also use it for pulled pork sandwiches.

  6. If you are not as giddy as Chef when you take slow-braised meat out of the oven and experience its tenderness, maybe cooking isn't your thing. It never ceases to thrill me (and amaze me how such a simple process can perform magic on the toughest of cuts.).

  8. Pork shoulder is my favorite cut of meat by far. It's very inexpensive, yet it produces such incredible results when cooked well!
