  1. What you can do is when you chop the tomatoes and cucumber is to put them in a separate bowl and mix the dry burghoul with it to soak up all the liquid. (That's how I do it any way) and when the burghoul is soft enough mix all the ingredients together.

  2. you put too much mint
my mother's recipe has only 3 leaves
I'll try it your way and see which one I like
    🙂

  3. Oh-oh, now you're going to have me doing more Web searches. I've had some what're called Greek salads, so think to have a pretty good idea of what they're generally like, but Nicoise? I've only heard of it; not sure if I've ever seen any.
Wow. It seems to be quite variable.

Do a Google search using Salad and Nicoise for search terms. 1 of the first links is for an images page at Google. Look at that, & then tell me I'm not confused. 🙂
    Vast variety.

  4. I'm not a huge fan of parsley, is there anything you can use to substitute it like cilantro?

  5. Good food and entertainment! This is my channel but I do wish I found you earlier. Keep it up, Titli! 🙂
Noticed your chopping board kept slipping as you were chopping, place a wet towel or paper towel beneath the board and it will keep still like a good boy. Just thought to share a tip.

  6. That's not how we make tabbouleh here in Lebanon, but I would try this one, seems delicious.

  7. I'm not sure if I've seen bulgar wheat around where I come from…do you think couscous would be a good enough substitute? Thanks Aunt Titli!
