Oh goodness ! I’m so glad I found you . I just froze a lot of zucchini and have a few left . I’m trying this recipe . I also will make your tomato sauce recipe . I froze tomatoes whole will thaw them and make and can sauce . Thanks so much .

What kind of peeler do you use to peel zucchini?
We make zucchini bars(mock apple pie) sliced like apple ,cooked in lemon juice when tender add sugar,cinnamon and nutmeg. I don't like apple pie but love this.

I have recently discovered your channel and have really enjoyed it. I totally agree with you about air conditioning. I did not grow up with it. I now only use it so I can keep the food indoors from spoiling and I can sleep at night. I prefer to open my windows and doors and I MUCH prefer to hear what is going on outside. My opinion is that open windows are healthier since all that damp ductwork is rarely cleaned.
I must try the mock pineapple. I have never seen anyone NOT cover their jars, lol. but since steam canning is accepted why not your method?

May I ask what kind of peeler you are using? It looks so easy! I've never heard of using zucchini this way, since I don't care for it, I'm definitely going to try it.
