  1. Thank a Jill for all of your great videos. I'd be interested in knowing how people use it. I tried it a couple of years ago. I liked it. However, it must have an awful lot of fiber. I ate it as a side dish and made four hurried trips to the bathroom during the night. I do like these kinds of foods, but shy away from trying it again. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  4. Little known fact, farro is actually not originally Italian. It is an ancient Egyptian grain imported from Egypt to Rome to feed the masses

  5. And you can use this like a rice alternative with fish or meat? Is it possible to turn it into a porridge for a savoury dish? Is the cooking time longer and is it better to use a lid in that case if it's savoury? Is the cooking time longer?
