Today I’m sharing a simple, flavorful recipe for Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower bites! These aren’t breaded, but they pack a bold, buffalo flavored punch. Hope you like them!

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1/4 c. Frank’s hot sauce
dash of salt, pepper, & garlic powder
1 tsp. olive oil (for coating the air fryer basket)
Whisk the butter, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder together in a large bowl. Add in the cauliflower florets and toss to coat. Preheat air fryer for a couple minutes at 390*. Lightly oil the basket to prevent sticking. Add the cauliflower and cook for about 12-15 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved. Toss the cauliflower every 3-4 minutes so it cooks evenly. Serve with ranch or blue cheese for dipping or add to a salad or wrap. ENJOY!
