Asparagus is one of my all time favorite vegetables…but of course that doesn’t mean it can’t be improved with a little bacon. In this video, I show you to make a bacon wrapped asparagus, that you can use for a wonderful side dish or salad. While I use pancetta, you can easily use bacon, prosciutto, or just about any similar meat.
The salty and savory flavor the bacon, adds a great flavor to the grassy, fresh tasting asparagus. I finish mine off with a little balsamic and Parmesan for the perfect light salad. Hope you enjoy it.

Are you mad cutting of a wonderful piece of pancetta? Why didn't you just wrap it downwards?
