  5. Everything's hard to find here in FL. I'm in podunk N FL, Columbia County. I'm a die-hard southern cook, but I do like to travel outside my wheelhouse every now and then with a different recipe. We love hot dogs in this house, and I think this recipe could be the ticket . They look delicious!

  6. People for those of you that don't know. This is the ONE! Thank you brother for showing how to make red onion sauce the right way!

  7. Many, many years ago, back in the '70's, we used to get dogs from a guy, a NY transplant, who sold 'em out of a panel van at an intersection leading from Albuquerque to Rio Rancho, NM. I'm sure he's long since past, but we've NEVER been able to replicate that exquisite, savory sauce he topped 'em with. But, dude, I think this is IT! Gonna whip some out tomorrow. Thanks

  8. Very nice thankyou Sir. I'm a hot dog vender in Northern Ontario Canada and I'm going to try this on the cart this weekend. I did coke onions and it made something different for my regular customers to try.
