This rice pudding is a creamy, delicious and aromatic pudding that is so comforting to have as breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Jasmin rice (soaked overnight)
• 3 cups unflavored almond milk (or whole milk)
• 1/2 cup sugar (or any sweetener of your choice)
• 1/2 cup rose water
• 1 tsp cardamom powder
• 1 tbsp unsalted pistachios and edible rose petals for garnish

Directions:
• rinse out the rice and add to a pot. Add the almond milk and let it cook on medium heat 35-40 mins and mix it once in a while until it’s completely cooked.
• add the rose water, cardamom powder and blend well to get a creamy texture.
• cook it again on low heat for 3-5 mins.
• transfer to your serving dish, grind pistachios and rose petals and garnish the pudding.
You can serve hot or cold.
