Easy easy easy!!! The fact that I watched this 47 second recipe and ended up with fantastic pulled pork is amazing! It didn’t take as long as I thought for my pulled pork to reach temp.
I also was bummed about the char at first, but it did add some good flavor.
Even after it rests for an hour that pork is HOT 🔥 lol Be careful tearing in.
