Here are the ingredients needed for my Swordfish Cacciatore:

Grapeseed oil
1 white onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup capers, strained
¼ cup pitted green olives, sliced
Pinch of freshly chopped sage
Pinch of freshly chopped rosemary
½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
¾ cup tomato sauce
Extra virgin olive oil
Two 8oz swordfish fillets
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley

  1. I love this recipe, but a friendly advice: maybe increase the saturation and brightness in your videos, they are very hard to see and colors look rather unappetizing… thank you for your recipes –
