  2. you have to know that butter is not unhealthy if you make homemade natural butter it is not unhealthy because it is rich in nutrition like bone building calcium I know butter is high in calories but it does not mean it is unhealthy like pick cashew it is high in calories but it has healthy fats but make sure eat it in a moderation
