Roasted figs are one of those appetizers that have a simple elegance about them. The rich, creamy, slightly pungent flavors of the Gorgonzola compliment the sweetness of the roasted figs. That along with the saltiness of the prosciutto and the sweet acidity of the balsamic take this simple appetizer to the next level.

Delicious my friend your roasted figs stuffed with Gorgonzola and wrapped with prosciutto are a perfect appetizer for a dinner party very easy but a beautiful presentation the salty and sweet go perfect together great great tip on the mold spores in the blue cheese when storing in the fridge many people do not know that
Wow, these look insanely delicious! Might just have to add these to the NYE app menu!
Great recipe
There are so many great flavours and textures going on here Alicia. I'd be proud to put that on my table! 😋👍
This looks awsome!! Is it a coincidence that the biggest fig is also the ugliest? Chef's privilege? 😉
Wow, those looked amazing. Perfect when entertaining this holiday season. And, thanks for the cheese wrapping tip.
The combination of Gorgonzola and bacon is very good.
It looks very delicious.
Like#6 Oh my goodness. Those look incredible! What an awesome take on figs. We're gonna have to give this a try someday. Thanks for the tip about storing the blue cheese. We'll keep that in mind. Super share. Well presented too.
I tried this, at five minutes on low they weren't even warm. It took ten minutes under the broiler, and another fifteen minutes baking at 180 degrees.
