Stuffed Grilled Mackarel, Coconut Broth from Smoked Mackarel Bones, Tomato/Garlic Jelly

This was a fun plate to do. The flavours were so spot on.

I’m not a huge fan of edible flowers so don’t use them much. I always struggle with where to place them on a plate without looking pretentious.
