Pumpkin Spice:

3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Curry Powder:

3 tablespoons ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 1/2 tablespoons turmeric
2 teaspoons ground fennel seeds
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons ground fenugreek
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

Taco Seasoning:

2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground oregano

  1. What a great video! I made my own Cajun seasoning and it’s so much better than store bought ones. Glad I have more blends to try

  2. I thought the video would be a little more general, like, what to consider when mixing spices and truly creating your own blends. But the host is so nice I watched 'till the end.

  3. Video is ok, but I’m actually looking for advice on spice-to-spice ratios when making up my own blends.
