  1. I buy a mixed quarter of beef yearly from a local farmer. I had a few packages of beef short ribs so….I just made this almost exactly, I added carrots and onions 1 hour into the cook. OMG JF (just fucking) YUMMY!

  3. Howd the short ribs get covered in juices already when you opened it? Also, it all looks thickened already.. is this some sort of Gordon magic or editing?

  4. This "sauce" was excellent. I was sold the worst looking short ribs in a packaged deal…They were bone & fat pretty much. I will make sure to fix these again & with a BETTER cut of Beef. Can't wait!
