  1. 10 min high protein blender pesto pasta

    1 cup basil leaves
    1/4 cup garlic (add less if you want)
    1/4 cup toasted almonds/pine nuts
    3 cheese cubes grated (use 1/2 cup parmesan if you have)
    1/3 cup cottage cheese
    juice of 1/2 a lemon
    salt
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

    – blend everything in a blender
    – add a few ice cubes if you need help blending

    mix with cooked pasta and some pasta water and enjoyyy

    *this stays good in an airtight container in the fridge for a week
