  1. I used to pickle my onions by first putting salt on sliced onions and washing salt off with water after a few minutes, then squeezing lemon on it.
    It wastes so good, not strong or bitter, because salt detoxify onion.
    Must try it.

  2. in Mexico, there is a restaurant called "pollo feliz" and they sell those delicious onions, thanks man, i have been searching for the recipe

  3. I recommend you pickle them in lime juice along with one habanero it gives it so much flavor
