2 Ways Easy Pumpkin Egg Salad Recipe

This easy to make pumpkin , egg and prawn salad will be ready in 15 minutes. Pumpkin saladare one of the best salad of the season. , its unusual diverse, easy to make and nutritious, beautiful, tasty and steam not sauteed.
Ingredients :
1. Pumpkin -peeled and carefully cut the pumpkin in half. Using spoon to scoop out the seed. Peeled the pumpkin with knife, rince in tap water cut them into, cut into chunks size, arrange tgem in plate. Prepare a steamer, bring water to boil over high heat and steam them 8 to 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
Carefully removed from steamer and set aside, let it cool for awhile.
2. Eggs: Boil for 10 minutes to make hard boiled eggs, peeled and remove the shell, cut the hard boiled eggs into quarters. Place on the top of steam pumpkin and arrange them.
3. Prawn: peeled ,clean and devein, Arrange prawn in the middle of the egg at the top of pumpkin.
4. Mayonnaise dressing : a handy squeeze bottle that makes it easy to drizzle, just simply squeeze the bottle and drizzle on the top pumpkin egg salad, or you can make your own dressing. Serve and enjoy!

Pumpkin : cut into small cube
Hard boiled eggs: cut into small pieces
Prawn, cut into small chunks

*Prepare a mixing bowl or container, place the choppp pumpkin, add chopped hard boiled eggs and chopped prawn in mixing bowl. Seasoned with mayonnaise dressing. Mixed all together until fully combined. Your creamy Egg Pumpkin Salad is ready to serve, you can serve in a bowl either.
