Will you give the ingredients??? Did I miss something? These look fantastic! Great video….why do the majority of YouTube cooks use the same kind of baking sheet? This dark sheet with the slotted holes along the sides? Nearly every cook uses the same 'cookie sheet' ……. do you know why?
