1 Cup Zucchini
1/3 cup: Carrots, Onion,
Cilantro, Celery, Tomato,
Bell Pepper
Optional: Jalapeño
1 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Lemon
Salt & Pepper

  2. Honey is not vegan. Even if it's organic. But great recipe but I will use agave syrup instead.
