The marinade is made with yoghurt, lemon, garlic and oregano – classic Greek ingredients that infuses the chicken with flavour AND tenderises it.

Incredibly good – eating this exact recipe as I type. I spent literally all afternoon making fresh homemade Pita Bread so I can make these Gyros, (started at 12:30 pm and now eat this just after 5pm). WELL WORTH MAKING!!
