  3. Sorry – but, it's a big mistake to put the vegetables on the same skewer as the lamb. Vegetables have a much longer cooking time than the lamb. Vegetables should be on their own skewers…

  4. I love the fact Jamie grows quite a lot of the food he uses in his recipes. I only have a small garden but I grow a few herbs, shallots and broad beans. Nothing tastier than stuff straight out of the garden.
