For this recipe we must prepare the lentils first since it is the longest to prepare.
So:
1 Cup Lentil Beans in small bowl
(You must wash and rinse the beans a few times to get the starch out)
You can use a strainer too to cleanse for about 1 minute while stirring in a strainer under running water.
Let Lentils now soak in a bowl water for about 15 minutes to softened a little then rinse and drain a final time.

Now to Start Cooking!
Remainder of the Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Butter or Olive Oil
1 large Zucchini cubed
1 med Chopped Onion
2 Cloves Garlic crushed
2 Tsp Curry Powder
Tsp of Pepper
Tsp of Salt
1/2 cup Whipping cream
5 cups Chicken or Beef stock
Cilantro on top to Garnish
