* Meltiness: Grated it to ensure it melted and it was chewy and dense
* Overall: 7.5/10 the flavor was new and unfamiliar but not terrible

OP I’ve gotta know…what percentage of customers do you get that get the (speciality?) cheeses, instead of ‘ole reliable like cheddar, Swiss, American, etc?
