  1. Where are the directions on how long to cook them on each side? Horrible video only for that reason.

  2. I think the key to having them sweet and the right texture is to not drench them in oil and not have the heat too high. I tried to cook these once and they tasted like oil. I think I fried all of the flavor out of them. The approximate cooking time and heat setting would really help on these plantain videos.
