  2. I've been making a bunch of homemade pancakes lately and each time I use less and less Banking Soda/Powder but even after just 1 tsp of each, I still find the taste a bit tinny. Same with the salt. My first few batches were too salty at 1 TBSP. My last batch just used 1 tsp and STILL tasted a bit salty. I don't know what's going on!

  6. Over the last 7years i have made your pancakes very often. I have adjusted the whole wheat flour and lessened the all purpose. I use homemade butter milk from left over buttermaking and its thin so i dont add any extra milk. Thank you sorry for being so late

  7. Great video! Btw, I learned that you shouldn't use paper towels on a non-stick teflon pan, paper towels are made of wood fibers and will actually scratch you're pan!

  8. They come out better in a well seasoned and buttered cast iron pan. The only problem is you can only make one at a time that way.
