Delicious tropical, dairy-free smoothie. Our BANANA MANGO COCONUT SMOOTHIE is healthy and delicious. It makes a great start to your day or have it as a healthy mid-day snack or pick me up!
Here’s what you’ll need:
2 bananas
2 mangoes, chopped (frozen or fresh)
1 C coconut water or water
½ C coconut milk
1 T unsweetened coconut
1 T ground flax seed
½ C ice
Put everything into your blender or Vitamix… and process until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
