Ingredients:
– one 1 kg sea bream or 2 smaller ones, gutted and descaled
– 1 lime amd 2 lemons, or 3 lemons
– 9-10 cloves of garlic
– olive oil
– salt and pepper
– 2 branches of fresh rosemary
– 2 branghes of thyme
– 1 bunch of asparagus
– 1 tbsp of grated parmesan

Ingredients for the moroccan sauce Chermoula:
– 2 tsp cumin
– 2 tsp coriander seeds
– 3 cloves of garlic
– salt and pepper
– 4 tbsp olive oil
– 1 lemon
– 5-6 threads of fresh, green, coriander leaves
