This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley.
Full bodied with medium acidity.
Dry and fruity on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing black fruits with earth, cedar, leather, chocolates, tobacco, licorice, vanilla, dark coffee, earth, eucalyptus, tobacco leaf and black pepper.
Still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly.
I had the 2012 a few years ago and it was fabulous.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 3 hours of airtime.
Nicely balanced and good by itself or with food. Will pair nicely with BBQ Meats.
A blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. A small production of only 350 cases.
