  2. This style of alfredo is an American dish, bit it is actually completely wrong. The original is not an American dish. It is an Italian dish. You only need 4 ingredients. Kosher salt, fettuccine, parmigiano reggiano, and butter. Pasta water is technically the 5th ingredient.

    This is not a traditional Alfredo sauce.

  7. Cream is wrong. Garlic is wrong. Traditionally 100% Parmigiano but you can do Pecorino it doesn't hurt. Pepper wrong. Herbs wrong. Alfredo 3 ingredients. Pasta, butter, and Parmigiano.

  8. I agree wholeheartedly with previous comment givers! I have made several recipes so far – the meatloaf, tuna casserole, southern style banana pudding and fettucine alfredo. Yum, yum yummy! Love the funny quips, the common sense approach, the "Come on!" and the "You can cook this!" Encouraging and motivating.:)

  9. cream, garlic, pecorino, basil, chicken, pepper don't belong to this recipe. You don't know your job. And also, make your pasta. It takes 10 minutes. Geez, how can't cook makes YouTube videos!
