Ingredients:
-2 cups frozen strawberries
-1 ripe banana
-3/4 cups almond milk

For toppings I used additional strawberry and banana slices, as well as 3/4 cup granola and 2 tbsp chia seeds. Feel free to get creative!

  2. a smoothie bowl is way thicker than that your suppose to test is by flipping the bowl over if it doesn't fall that means its ready if it does then its not.
    no hate but that just not how a smoothie bow is suppose to be like

  3. Smoothie bowls like this are super low calorie but they keep me full for so long. I add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for that sweet taste that I like cuz I have a sweet tooth. It is a craving killer and honestly, I’d prefer this over a cake anyday. Istg it’s so good.

  4. Can you please tell me if i can use regular milk instead of almond milk?
    And does the banana has to be frozen too??

  5. Love the smoothie bowl! But here's a tip use 1/4 cup of milk instead of 3/4 it will make It more thick

  6. Tips for better texture and taste:
    •use frozen fruits
    •use bananas that are yellow with brown spots
    •use high power blender
    •(I’m my experience) whole milk is best for a thicker texture because it is “thicker” (if that makes sense)
