Roast Beef Horseradish Sandwich
1 Fresh Kaiser Roll (Your choice of grain OR roll even; that is mine)
Approx. 0.33 (1/3) lb. Fresh Roast Beef
1 slice Havarti Cheese OR Swiss Cheese
Leaf Lettuce
Sliced Tomato
HORSERADISH SAUCE:
(This can be prepared for other things such as steak. It is VERSATILE!)
¼ cup Light OR Regular Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Mayo
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoon Prepared Horseradish (I like HOT, but you can use Regular)
2-3 gracious pinches Salt (I prefer vegetable salt)
½ teaspoon Ground Pepper
1 teaspoon chives
OPTIONAL:
1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder, crushed, or hot sauce (my preference is dried and hand crushed) THIS IS RATHER SPICY (my favorite!), use ¼TSP for moderate OR 1/8TSP for slightly and none for plain.
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
OPTIONAL OTHER:
Red Onion
Mix mayo and horseradish in a small cup or bowl. Add salt and pepper. Add cayenne if applicable. Mix all thoroughly. Add to bun and over top of sandwich. Add all meat, cheese, lettuce and other ingredients. Use excess sauce for dipping. You can half the amounts for the sauce and be okay. I like excess sauce because it is SO GOOD!
I USE HORSERADISH SAUCE ON MANY THINGS! HERE IS A ANSWER THREAD:

Editor's Meow!: looks good, SOUNDS BETTER than my 1st up-load.
TIP: You can add a little LEMON JUICE to the sauce for extra tartness. I did not. I was out of lemons.
