Ingredients – serves 3

6 thick slices white bread
60g butter, at room temperature
130g (1/2 cup) smooth peanut butter
3/4 cup mashed banana (is about 3 small bananas)

    The cereal adds a nice crunch, it sounds weird along with the cheese but, it's god damn amazing.

  2. You could do a healthy version…Wholemeal brown bread, a banana and no added sugar chunky peanut butter. No frying though.

  4. If anyone wants a more healthier version. Just use peanut butter, banana and bread. No butter, frying. It still tastes awesome and should be around 500 calories.
