===== Ingredients =====

-Flour 250 g
(Whole wheat flour 100 g, White flour 150 g)
-Sweetener 1/4 Tsp
(Maple syrup)
-Warm water 160 ml
-Salt 1/4 Tsp
-Active dry yeast 1/4 Tsp

–Topping
-Butter some slice

===== Recipe =====

In a bowl, Add maple syrup, yeast & warm water.Let activate yeast for about 5 minutes.
Put flour and salt into a large bowl and pour yeast mixture.
Mix until all dough come together.
Knead by hand few minutes.
Cover dough and keep to warm place(I keep inside of oven. just turn on the light)
Let rise until double in size about 50-60 minutes.
Stretch dough & cover dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Dust some flour on basket or strainer.
Place the dough into the basket or strainer bottom side up.
Cover the dough &let it rise until double in size for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, flip over to baking paper.
Dust some flour on top of the dough & scoring.
Place some butter on top.(Optional)
Spray some water on top.

Place some water on bottom of oven & place baking sheet on top. Preheat oven for 250°C or 482°F.

Bake for about 10 minutes.
Reduce the heat to 230°C or 440°F & bake another about 10 minutes.
