Ingredients
• 1 cup / 120 gram Peeled & Sliced Cucumber
• 1 Cup / 240 gram Greek style / thick yogurt ( cold)
• 1/4 Cup / 5 gram mint and cilantro
• 1/4 Cup / 30 gram Roasted walnuts
• 1/2 TSP Salt ( or as per taste)
• 1/4 TSP Roasted Cumin powder
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/2 Cup / 120 ml Cold water
• 1.5 Tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice

• You can strain the soup for a smoother texture.
• You can replace Sumac with chaat masala
• You can adjust the consistency as you like
