Ingredients:
– 32 ounces (or one kilogram) of fresh spinach
– 2 leeks (sliced)
– 1 onion, chopped
– 5 green onions, chopped
– 1 bunch fresh dill
– 400 grams feta cheese
– 2 eggs
– 1 package of phyllo dough
– 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
– 1/4 cup uncooked rice
S & P to taste

Bake at 350 for one hour
