Timator Masala Kaleji Written Recipe :

Ingredients:
Chicken liver 1/2 kg
Tomatoes 250 grams
Onion 1
Black carom seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves 6
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tsp
Allspice powder 1/2 tsp
Crushed red chili 2 tsp
Green chilies 2
Coriander 1/2 bunch
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tbsp

Method:
Cut the kale into pieces and add lemon juice, crushed red pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of salt, and garlic. Grind onion and tomato in a blender. Heat oil and add curry leaves and mustard seeds. When it starts to smell, add crushed tomatoes and onions. Add chopped red chilies, salt, crushed hot spices, ginger, and garlic, and fry well. Spread the liver pieces on top and cover with green chilies and green coriander. Tomato masala is ready.
