Piña Colada Fat Burning Smoothie
Serves 1
10-12 oz. unsweetened coconut milk (preferably homemade)
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 frozen banana
pinch of sea salt

1. Blend and serve!

  4. I made it with blueberries, a great smoothie! BTW Walmart now carries all these items in the baking aisle, organic chia seeds, flax seeds whole and ground, hemp hearts (seeds), and so much more. No need to wait to get your ingredients or spend tons of money, or pay shipping.

  9. Hey I've been trying to find ways to get in a couple T's of olive oil each day … lately been stirring into peanut butter for chia pudding batches … which makes for easy mixing in of PB with no heating, and some awesome monounsaturated fats for better fat soluble vitamin (ADEK) absorption.

  10. I had this smoothie after a 17-hour fast and added some protein powder to it. I used water to make the smoothie. After drinking it, my stomach started making a lot of noise. Can someone tell me if this is normal and if not, why not? Im new to fasting btw

  12. Wow you talk a lot. I really wanted to make this shake, but, you sort of got lost in your sells pitch and sidetracked from what you were actually trying to talk about….back to the chia seeds….you completely skipped what you did…did you just soak them in water???

  14. Wow I think you may not get how much people are struggling these days $2.69 for one meal is just too much except for the privileged. Most middle class houaeholds have less them $3 a day per person and the poor even less

  18. Beautiful smoothie video. Going to get ingredients in a couple of days. So hard to get my 100 grams of protein per day, so a smoothie will help me reach that goal. Been walking 15,000 to 20,000 steps a day. Going into week 4 on this.💞💞🙃💞💞
