  4. How to pasta series sounds great. How well do yolks for pasta hold up to freezing? I've recently started dabbling in weights and have started to eat more eggs planning to lean towards whites, but we meals prep for my wife's grandparents so buying while eggs to use the yolks for other applications like this makes more sense

  5. What do you do with all the egg whites? When I have 3 egg whites left over from making pasta i just make egg white on toast but what do you do when you have hundreds?
