OLIVE & WALNUT POMEGRANATE SALAD

INGREDIENTS

Green Olives – 1 Large Cup
Crushed Walnuts – ½ Cup
Fresh Chopped Parsley – ½ Cup
Spring Onions – 2
Red Bell Pepper (Roasted) – 1
Chopped Medium Tomato – 1
Pomegranate Seeds – 1 Large Cup

Dressing:-
Olive Oil – 5 Large tbl sp
Pomegranate Molasses Syrup – 4 large tbl sp
Crushed & Roasted Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Paprika Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp

Preparation Method:-

Step 1-Pomegranate Syrup Dressing:-

Take a bowl add 5 large tbl sp of Olive Oil , 4 large tbl sp of Pomegranate Molasses Syrup , add 1 tsp of Salt , 1 tsp of Crushed & Roasted Cumin Seeds , 1 tsp of Black Pepper , 1 tsp of Paprika Powder , Mix all well and keep aside.

Step 2- Roasting of Red Bell Pepper:-

Take 1 Red Bell Pepper & Chop it into 4 Large pieces so the skin get peel able easily , or you can also chop it into multiple pieces , lay them on butter paper and glaze it with little Oil , then Roast it for 5 to 6 mins in oven till the Red Bell Pepper Softens and the skin get’s soft and burned little so the skin of pepper can be removed easily .Then chop it into Cubes to add in Salad .

Step 3-Preparation of Salad :-

Take 1 big bowl add 1 large Cup of Green Olives , 1 Chopped Medium Tomato , 2 Chopped Spring Onions , ½ Cup of Fresh Parsley Leaves , ½ Cup of Crushed Walnuts , 1 Large Cup of Pomegranate Seeds & 1 Roasted Chopped Red Bell Pepper , now add the Pomegranate Syrup Dressing into the Salad and Toss them to Mix well. Pomegranate Seeds are very Healthy to eat and it has a lot of other benefits , some are listed below
