  5. Interesting and great recipe. I am diabetic so I have to watch the pasta rice and potatoes. Once I get to where I can have a small.portion and not be tempted to eat more I will make this one. I have to up the protein a little bit and do a side salad or tuna thank you I am going to go check out your recipes. Glad I found your you tube channel.
