Turn heat down to 270F and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes and open oven door slightly and let cake cool to room temperature. so, when I open even door slightly I already turn off the oven and close the oven door again after I open it and let the cake cool in room temperature inside the oven? or what? I don't really understand.. please I need help..
