Easy and delicious, this mango avocado salsa is a colorful complement to all kinds of meat and fish dishes. It is also great as a dip for tortilla chips. Make sure your mango and avocado are ripe so that they add lots of flavor to the salsa.

Ingredients:
2 medium mangos or 1 extra large mango
2 ripe avocados
1/2 red onion
12 cherry tomatoes
1 green chilli pepper e.g. jalapeño
1 garlic clove
1 lime
handful of fresh cilantro
2tbsp virgin olive oil
salt and black pepper
