This salad is bomb! Very simple with 25g of protein and homemade dressing!

Ingredients
– Salmon filet
– Cherry tomatoes
– Cucumber
-Spinach
– Craisins
– Strawberries
– Parmesan cheese
-Liquid smoke

Instructions
-Season the salmon to your liking and cook it ( I air fried mine for 8 min on 375)
-Wash your salad, along with all your veggies and fruit
-Combine ingredients of your choice and top with salmon

Homemade Balsamic Dressing
-Equal parts extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar ( your choice based on the amount you need, just make sure its equal parts)
-Tablespoon of Dijon mustard
-Tablespoon of honey (optional but it cuts the acidity)
– Add salt and pepper to your liking
– Shake well
