Brisket & Smoked Gouda Stuffed Portobellos

– RECIPE –

๐Ÿ„ Soak mushrooms in hot water for 10 min then remove stems

๐Ÿ„ Mix together avocado oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt and pepper

๐Ÿ„ Mix together equal amounts of shredded Cheddar cheese and smoked Gouda, along with chopped brisket, and Pablo bread crumbs

๐Ÿ„ Dry mushrooms with paper towel then slather with oil & garlic mixture on both sides

๐Ÿ„ Grill over hot charcoal, fin side down, until portobellos are mostly cooked through

๐Ÿ„ Flip mushrooms and place on indirect heat, top with brisket & cheese mixture and let cook until cheese melts

๐Ÿ„ Serve to loved ones and watch their tastebuds dance for joy
