Not a big fan of the salmon. However, i may be coming home with a fillet or two, and trying this out. Looks delicious.
The quick recipes are great, would also love a Meat Free Monday type segment (especially as we all try and eat a bit healthier post-Xmas)

Another winner of a Wednesday night dish. I like the fact that you respect the fish and not overcook or over spice. I do the same recipe but without the oven bit. I just flip the salmon on the pan and cook a few more minutes.
Was lucky enough to do a remote salmon fishing trip in Alaska over the summer, so I have pounds and pounds of freshly wild caught salmon frozen to use up. Always love the recipes from this channel, so this is a perfect opportunity to use up some of it! Thank you!

First time ever critiquing a S.O.W video – sorry Jeremy but that salmon was overcooked, I blame the neff oven. It should be semi translucent in the middle, not opaque. The flavours sound really nice though!
I don't understand why so much effort went into crisping up the skin to then just let the marinade make it soggy and indelible?
If i need to make it without alcohol, what could I substitute the sake with?

I don’t have salmon lying around… could I use an other source of protein to give the glaze a try. Next time I go grocery shopping I’ll get the salmon for sure!
