I first attempted risotto about 2 years ago, i think it is one of the most underrated Italian dishes! We have it all the time, usually sausage risotto, i didn't realize there were so many variations you could do, but it has become a staple in my family! I have been wanting to make mushroom risotto, thanks for sharing how you make it! Very excited to try 🤤
