Wow, WOW! Can you believe we are almost to Thanksgiving!? Well, you know I will keep dropping these cool little Thanksgiving recipes until we get there lol. Now we often have asparagus as one of our side dishes. I figured though why make just plain roasted asparagus? We are going to throw down with a fun little Asparagus Goat Cheese Tart! This is a quick and easy little appetizer or side dish that will slay when you put it out.
